IT SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY

As an IT specialist, you will provide support to the technical support team as a mentor and the highest technical level. You will offer assistance for issues that require in-depth knowledge in your areas of expertise. Your interactions will mainly be with Arkys employees and very limited with clients. This is a permanent position that includes incentives to keep you at the highest technical level.

JOB DETAILS
  • Point of contact and the final level of support escalation
  • Maintenance of our systems
  • Document problem resolutions and actions
  • Transfer knowledge to the rest of the team
  • Handle incidents or level 3 issues
  • Document operation standards to facilitate tasks completion by the technical team
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Required Skills

  • Mastery of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of standard network protocols
  • Knowledge of virtualization systems, particularly VMWare
  • Ability to make recommendations based on clients’ business needs

  • Knowledge of backup products like Veeam, DATTO, and Acronis Cyber Backup
  • Knowledge of automation, deployment, and migration tools
  • Scripting skills (Powershell or others)
