JOB SUMMARY
As an IT specialist, you will provide support to the technical support team as a mentor and the highest technical level. You will offer assistance for issues that require in-depth knowledge in your areas of expertise. Your interactions will mainly be with Arkys employees and very limited with clients. This is a permanent position that includes incentives to keep you at the highest technical level.

JOB DETAILS
- Point of contact and the final level of support escalation
- Maintenance of our systems
- Document problem resolutions and actions
- Transfer knowledge to the rest of the team
- Handle incidents or level 3 issues
- Document operation standards to facilitate tasks completion by the technical team
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required Skills
- Mastery of Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of standard network protocols
- Knowledge of virtualization systems, particularly VMWare
- Ability to make recommendations based on clients’ business needs

- Scripting skills (Powershell or others)
