    • Handle client incidents, problems and requests

    TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

    Skills required

    • Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows server, Azure, Active directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
    • Knowledge of standard network protocols
    • Knowledge of virtualization systems, particularly VMWare
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
    • Driver’s licence

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Support the salespeople with administrative tasks 

    • Plan sales meetings with clients 
    • Help with meeting preparations 
    • Participate in project evaluation meetings 
    • Prepare quotations 
    • Follow-up on quotations after their presentation 
    • Open projects when quotations are approved, ensuring that all relevant information and documentation are available to the team
    • Work proactively with the technical department to prepare quotations for maintaining the client’s infrastructure in accordance with the service agreement 
    • Arrange “account managing” meetings and fit them into the schedules of the appropriate salespeople
