SALES COORDINATOR

POSITION SUMMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the salespeople with administrative tasks 

  • Plan sales meetings with clients 
  • Help with meeting preparations 
  • Participate in project evaluation meetings 
  • Prepare quotations 
  • Follow-up on quotations after their presentation 
  • Open projects when quotations are approved, ensuring that all relevant information and documentation are available to the team
  • Work proactively with the technical department to prepare quotations for maintaining the client’s infrastructure in accordance with the service agreement 
  • Arrange “account managing” meetings and fit them into the schedules of the appropriate salespeople
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Any relevant experience will be considered.
