POSITION SUMMARY

As an IT Technician, your priority is to give professional IT support to the company’s customers and to contribute to the realization of IT projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

IT support	Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to Arkys clients Handle client incidents, problems and requests Document actions taken in our system Monitor operating standards and suggest improvements
Project	Carry out project tasks Attend project launch meetings

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Skills required

• Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows server, Azure, Active directory, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Knowledge of standard network protocols
• Knowledge of virtualization systems, particularly VMWare
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
• Driver’s licence
